Dear UIT,
This is just to say thank you for the support that we are receiving from UIT. We had major problems at school this morning and after trying to initially get through on the telephone and leaving a message, Nigel rang me back and talked me through a difficult shutdown.
We then had a continuing problem which I rang and spoke to Donald about. Donald came around and has fixed our problem with great efficiency and in doing this found a virus on one of the teacher’s laptop which he removed. The staff have commented recently on how great the service is.
We realise that we are not the only school that you deal with and appreciate the efforts that you go to, to keep us up and running.
